Richfield, MN

Monday - Saturday 8:30 - 5:00pm

Sundays noon to 5:00pm

Our daily walking adventure took place at the Wood Lake Nature Center in Richfield. Once you pass through the dragonfly gate, you enter a peaceful world away from it all.

There are several paths that go around the lake. We chose the inner path and then the floating wood bridge. From the floating bridge we had a great view of the lily pads, many different types of birds and some leftover rubbery turtle egg shells.

The nature center has several exhibits and tanks featuring living and previously living wildlife.

They have camps, classes, and events for all ages.

No money needed.
